Our product offering features premium equipment supplied by some the world’s market leading manufacturers. But first and foremost our business is about people, the people we serve and the people we employ. We believe we have some of the most experienced and qualified staff in all aspects of our business e.g. sales, parts and service, that is to the ultimate benefit of our customers. Most of our service engineers are factory and much emphasis is placed on maintaining and increasing the level of training to ensure that our members of staff remain at the forefront of knowledge and technology.
Our workshops and service vehicles are well placed to undertake repairs and service on in our yard and on customer sites. Our service and repair skills are not limited to the products we promote and we are happy to consider any individual service requirement.
Parts supply is an important element of after sales service and we pride ourselves in the speedy ability to supply parts off our own or manufacturers shelves on a first time basis.
